First time tonight at this location, and truly felt at home within minutes of arriving. The staff was super friendly, and even the owners came out to greet me, which meant a LOT. Melanie was my waitress, and she was fantastic and definitely attentive. The wings and okra was hot and fresh, and I knew instantly this wasn't going to be my last time there. Looking forward to my next visit! ❤️
I stopped in for a quick bite to eat last night right before they closed. I ordered the turkey sandwich with a side of potato salad. The waiting staff seemed to be really nice. I was surprised when what seemed to be the chef came out and personally delivered the food. She was so nice and pleasant, it made me feel like I was visiting friends. The potato salad was really good, and I'm a tough critic of potato salad. The sandwich was okay, it was actually a wrap. I would've given this place five stars if the wrap didn't have a soapy taste at one end of it. They have house made cookies that they bake daily, that was amazing! I highly recommend the potato salad and cookies. I'll be back to try the wings.
My Swim Club just had a post-meet team meal and the whole team enjoyed their time. The wings were hot AND hot, just how I like them. But the best part was the service by Nana and her staff. Our glasses were full, plates were cleaned, and the parents and coaches and the kids all had fun.
Can't wait to get back
