Spoke to the owner, and he took care of my refund personally and guaranteed there will be changes made at the store. If you have issues with a store always call Corp. You will get taken care of, because no one wants to lose money due to an employee not wanting to do their job.
I had a horrible experience at this subway. Got spoken to badly by the manager after I picked up for an online order. I couldn't go back to get my sandwich remade, I found out the sandwich was incorrectly made (wrong bread, I didn't want that), when I got back to work after my lunch break was up. I called and spoke to the manager and asked if anything could be done for me since I couldn't come back, the manager said to come back when I got off work. I asked if anything else could be done since this was suppose to be my lunch, he told me I was being petty about the bread being the only thing wrong about the sandwich. After I told him he would lose a customer, he said and I quote " ok that's cool." In a smart mouth tone. I hung up.
A 5 🌟 dining experience. The employees were super helpful (even with a backlog of orders.) Service was quick and very professional! It doesn't get any better than this!!!!! 😄
They were nice and Welcoming. Looks like they got a new Manager. That's good, the other lady (Old Manager was horrible.) I will start going there again now 😃.
