My best friend and I stopped in from out of town. We had the fried green tomatoes, brisket nachos, and pie and it was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend you stop and try this place they have great food and great service.
Sadler's Kitchen is a great place to have diner. The staff was really really friendly to us. Gave us a lot of information to get us around in Jacksonville. The food is very good, the house specialty with beef meat was awesome.
This small town Resteraunt is AWESOME!! Located in the middle of nowhere East Texas this resteraunt has great service and superb food.
We started with the smoked brisket nachos as an appetizer. A huge portion of tortilla chips and delicious brisket was quickly delivered.
For my entree I had the grilled redfish which was seasoned well and cooked perfectly. The side salad was fresh and tasty. You have to get the Mac and cheese side as it was fantastic as well.
Finished off with a coconut cream pie desert. Perfect dinner at a great price. All that food and only $45 for two people.
I'd take a detour every trip just to eat here. Great ribs, pulled pork & turkey breast; fresh green sides; handmade margarita.

GREAT TEXAS FOOD!. My bride and I ate there Friday night and will absolutely go back soon. There was a line because of the wedding rehearsal and class reunion but the staff was incredible and took great care of us. We got a private room where the women's cell used to be and great service. Best guacamole and salsa I have had in my life. Great food and great staff at a great price. If you live within 2 hours I would say it is totally worth the drive.
Fantastic food at good prices. Try the lemon ice box pie... Heaven on a fork !
There's no better place. We look forward to going every time. the friendly atmosphere and accommodating wait staff is a breath of fresh air. very nice cocktail bar and good wine list. the steaks and fish are first rate. some of our favorite appetizers are the alligator tail, onion rings and crab stuffed avocado. check to see if you can catch one or the periodic music venues they bring in. a wonderful patio setting in nice weather.
Crown Jewel of Jacksonville. Has moved into the old Stamps/Land Mark building. It's worth the drive from Tyler just for the pie. But the Cream Cheese Jalapeno stuffed filet was killer too! Shiner and Blue Moon on tap.
They catered an event I attended and the food was fabulous.
Food was really delicious. It has an upscale mom and pop flavor to its food. I had the shrimp and crayfish Alfredo with grilled asparagus and fried Brussel sprouts. It was amazing. I will definitely come back in a heartbeat

Great place to eat and have boat reveal party. The owners graciously opened their place for a private birthday party.
That Kobe ribeye was the absolute best steak I've ever had in my life! Perfectly cooked, the fat was still soft and I could taste the flame it was cooked on. Fantastic!
I think Sadlers is by the far the best the area has to offer. Atmosphere, staff, guests, food, and prices... for the quality you get... in any major city the prices would be 1.5* higher.
Whether it's takeout, catering, or dining in... these guys do it right.
Honestly one of the top restaurants in the area — Don't leave without dessert!
Sadler's has a fun, relaxed atmosphere and aesthetic. The staff is welcoming and friendly. The service is efficient, without long wait times. The food is delicious and the dishes are consistent.
