I love the walk through(as well as the drive through. Good food. Maybe there's a happy hour? My friends and I were all charged $2.25 over the printed price. Open until 3 AM. Popular with ETSU students. No dine in.
Cook Out is what it is, inexpensive food that, while not healthy, tastes good. Lots of salt, lots of fat and carbs, delicious and one of my favorite spots when in the South.

Great customer service, and the price for how much food you get is great, but you get what you pay for. All in all, I like the occasional visit.

I've not ever eaten anything from Cookout, but their milkshakes are absolutely to DIE FOR!!! So, sooo unbelievably good!!! And they are very reasonably priced too!! They are 150 times better than McDonald's milkshakes & they have sooo many more flavors as well!!! My all time favorite from Cookout is peanut butter fudge!!! 😍🤤😋 If you are a peanut butter lover like me than I'm telling you, peanut butter fudge is a MUST TRY for you!!!!
This place is absolutely AH-MAZING! You get so much food for your dollar and it's delicious. 😋
Great food great price friendly workers I stop here at least once a day sometimes twice a day for milkshakes and they always deliver
