Finally made it out to a Food Truck Junction event. Chose this truck because of the scents coming from the window. Had the 'El Borinqueño.' PR Cuban pork sandwich. Great flavor, loved the sauce, pork melts in your mouth. Didn't think I would like the pickles on it, but they make the sandwich. Ordered it spicy and it had the perfect amount of kick. Great job guys. I'll definitely be back for more.
Had seen this place for a while and decided to stop today. It's a food truck kinda on permanent setting. Although they do also have a food truck.
Have a few tables outside so plan according to weather.
Had a chicken Fajita (pictured) and it was really good. $6.00. All one would want for lunch. Spice was just right for me and mixed with the vegatables and fresh tortilla was very nice. Have good drink options to include Spanish ones.

This is literally the best food I've ever eaten. There is nothing on the menu that I do not like. The owners are so friendly and you can taste the love and passion they have for their business in their food. If you're ever in Johnson City, you have to eat there!!!
Best sandwich ever. Had the curry steak sandwich for lunch today and it was amazing. Honestly, one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. The yucca fries were also very good and were not greasy at all. I felt great giving them to my daughter for lunch. Everything was great and they were incredibly nice. We will be going there again. Must try!
Great food!! Great price. I was a bit skeptical when I pulled in, but after my first bite I was a believer! I have been there several times and the food is always AMAZING!!!!!!! The service is just as impressive as the food. Hands down one of the best places to eat in Johnson City! All I can say is give it a try.

This is the best Caribbean food I’ve ever had. The owners were very kind and welcoming! They are very generous with their portions and the food is seasoned perfectly. I regret not trying this place out sooner.
Road tripping with my girlfriend who serendipitously found this place on Google on a whim and OH MY GOODNESS we did not regret it. Had an incredible meal here while driving through Johnson City. Incredible people, amazing food, and good prices. I would come here every week if I lived nearby.
The Caribbean Grill is 5 STAR, All The Time. They are Friendly, Corteous and their Food is AMAZING!!
Serendipitously stumbled upon this gem while on a road trip and oh my goodness, it was awesome!! AMAZING food, fantastic prices and portions, and incredibly lovely owners. A must go-to spot!! 😊
Me and co-worker went here for lunch for first time this food was amazing mouth watering so good and they give really big portions I highly suggest eating here it's worth every penny very satisfying will definitely be back
We traveled over 14 hrs from the NY city area to find an amazing food truck in Johnson City. Found a very happy crew; the air engulfed in a delish aroma of mix Peruvian/ Puerto Rican food. While I waited to be serve I overheard comments of everyone anxious to order: all A+. When my time came, I had a chance to pleasure every clusters and nerve endings of my tongue and sense of taste. To the point that I had to come the next day to try something else.
Good portions- good price, and overall great gourmet experience.

Okay so everyone knows I like to travel around and go to all kinds of little places in all kinds of different states and I am very blessed to be able to do that!! I have found through my travels although napkins may not be as nice and the tableware may not be as fancy and exposed to the elements!! Hahaha but I have found it a small side of the road Mom and Pop have his good if not better food than any fancy restaurants I've been to In my travels.. I love the look and the feel of this place and although I am doing a writing this review before I've actually tasted the food I have drooled so much on my phone smelling the food that my phone may quit working at any moment!! So it's the food tastes half as good as it smells I will be be twice as happy as I expected to be!!
