The staff is always very friendly and the food is always delicious. It's always clean, too.

The dining room is now open. The food was hot and fresh. We were served quickly. I told the employee that she made a pretty sundae. She said it was only her second day and the first one that she ever made. The interior and restrooms were reasonably clean.
You know what? Despite all the bad talk I hear about Krystals, yet again my food from here was good. Great sliders, and my Coke was perfect --super carbonated & fresh.
IMO, keeping it simple has always been the rule here: stay away from all the gimmick menu items, and just get the original sliders. (I actually think they're best without cheese... just that steamy onion + pickle + mustard goodness.) The fries are hit or miss... but they're great when they're fresh.
Everyone is always super friendly and knowledgeable when I ask questions. I mean who knew they had bbq pork sandwiches! And that they are 🔥! I needed info and I Definitely recommend Krystal's for the next time you decide to go for fast food

They have recently revamped the place. It is nice than the old facility. They are still not letting anyone in the dining area due to covid. The burgers are good and the service is always friendly. Stop by for some piping hot Krystals!
Glad to see one of their old managers is back. She will definitely get the early shift back on point. Rebekkah always is very courteous and food is always fresh. I'm so glad to see her back where she belongs and get it back right.
I had the Chili Pups...I had never tried them...they are really good!...im not a fan of their burgers...
