My clumsy fiance came home with a delicious peanut butter pie that came straight from heaven. Immediatly after buying it he dropped it on the floor and buttermilk sky pie shop graciously replaced it. This is our second pie from them... soooo good!
I'm not big on traditional pies. I've never tried the pecan or the I-40 so I can't vouch for those. My husband had the apple pie and enjoyed it. The seasonal pies are my fav though!!! I've had strawberry (multiple times), lemon icebox, key lime (yum!), and S'mores (omg so good). All have been a little taste of heaven! I've always had excellent service but have always managed to avoid the crowds.
This was my first time and the lady was very nice and helpful explaining the different pies. I got 2- 4" pies so I could try 2 different flavors and shared them. They were wonderful! They are very appealing to the eye and tasted even better. I would highly recommend!
Sorry I have no pictures. We are all our pies before I remembered! There were plenty of samples to try before you buy. We got the strawberry, chocolate chip cookie and chocolate mouse. They all were delicious and fresh.
The staff was also very friendly and helpful. Great place for dessert!
Wow… the place is amazing stop in try the samples before you decide I ate a bite of six. The staff was great the pies was worth the calories and the price. Be ready to be conflicted at which to buy, all worth the price. Be ready to enjoy every bite super yummy!!!
Wow! Just got a couple of small pies at the antique market show in Kingsport and they are delicious! I prefer my key lime pie a little more tart, but I think most people would love this pie and I am definitely going to their shop in Johnson City to try even more! The peanut butter cream pie was definitely creamy and tasty! Hard to put down the fork!
Friendly staff, clean place and great food. Your diet may have to wait a day, but it will be well worth it. Prices are good, if you are wanting this for a gathering, you may want to call ahead and put your order in. Of course you can come in and taste a few before you load up.
Haven't been inside, but I've had pies from this location's plenty. The pumpkin pie is by far the best pumpkin pie I've ever had and the appearance of their pies combines quality and creativity with homecooking. Some reviews may classify them as pricey, of what I'm assuming is only compared to a grocery store's pies? - but they don't compare. These actually taste like quality; it's not just a brand price tag. Super friendly staff, eager to assist which is rare these days. Overall = Amazing.

I absolutely LOVE the chocolate chip pie here. I'm not much for fruity desserts, so once I tried the chocolate chip I was hooked! Love that you can get it in different sizes too.
