4.5 Excellent service and hospitality as you walk in the door. They were excellent with my daughter. The food was good. The most yummiest was the cornbread casserole and the burger. I couldn’t stop eating the cornbread casserole. The chicken was cooked well but maybe I’m not used to the sweet pecan taste. I also think the mash potatoes need more flavoring or gravy. The asparagus was excellent. The cake was too dry but the topping was really yummy.
A nice local spot to grab a beer and some good food in a friendly atmosphere. I had the patty melt with sweet potato fries and it was especially tasty. My wife had one of the pizzas and said it was very good. We also had the chocolate cake a la mode. It was good but very rich, so think about splitting a piece! Helpings overall were plentiful. If you're in the Johnson City area, this is a spot worth going to.
Great spot in the heart of the hill country. Super friendly staff, makes you feel like a regular on your first trip. Gluten Free options, pizza crust and sandwich buns. Cauliflower crust is surprisingly tasty! Don, Debbie and Coach were super friendly, and very helpful. Fun atmosphere, good parking situation for being right off 290. If you're getting hungry on your way through the hill country this is a great place to stop.
From the moment we set foot in the restaurant, the hostess and staff were very welcoming and inviting. Very welcoming to say the least. We were seated in the barn near the stage and fell in love with the positive vibe from everyone. It’s just a safe and happy place to be.
We ordered the Texas Philly Pizza and the Thai flavored Wings. The food, drinks, welcoming staff and positive vibe made for another pleasant visit to Johnson City. Will definitely be back and recommend to everyone!
Very very good overall ... First time there. The poblano pepper queso covered fried chicken was amazing. Mac and cheese was very tasty. The chicken fried steak was good but not stellar. The white gravy was meh -- needed pepper. All the staff were amazing and very friendly.
Great service from our server, Duane. BLT was yummy and bacon was perfectly crispy crunchy. Sweet potato fries were some of the best I had. It is served with ranch dressing but I think ketchup or mayonnaise is a better accompaniment. Kolsch was a nice light brew that want refreshing.
He can't sleep brewery what can I say what an amazing place to have lunch and enjoy a beer quality craft beer's on tap and amazing place to bring your family or friends they have outdoor seating as well as a stage for entertainment upstairs there's pool shuffleboard for adults only but downstairs the hospitality for children prior to bdrink prior to bar time is a lot of fun JJ son what it was an amazing waiter he literally memorized our entire order even with intricate details because and got the entire order correct!
They have a button of beers on tap and plenty of merch I would definitely recommend this place the food was good and the beers were super affordable in this high priced craft brewery environment.

My chicken and waffles during brunch (11am-2pm) was inSANE!
Two healthy portions of boneless chicken, two waffles — ? there were three pieces but I think they were from one or two waffles broken up into sections — and, at the bottom of the platter, pecan pieces floating in a puddle of real maple syrup.
My wife had chicken Caesar salad with the grilled chicken. Yes, the chicken was quite good. But compared to the chicken that was two-stepping with the waffles on my side of the table?! Please.
