It's a fun atmosphere with great food. Good place for a quick stop.
Got the Chicken & Cheddar with Avocado and it was fantastic!! The staff was super nice and the prices were very reasonable. Will definitely be going back when I'm in the area!

Came here on a busy lunch rush, and the team absolutely handled us all efficiently and with a smile on their face! Ty stands out as an exceptional group leader. Even with all the online orders and in-store orders coming in, he still managed to have a bright personality while serving everyone here and managing the traffic. I ordered ahead using the app and everything was correct and ready on time. In addition to a nice atmosphere inside, there’s a patio outside that looks nice for good weather times and gives the Plaza vibe.
Had the Meatball and Tuna Salad. Great tasting sandwiches. Bread was nicely toasted, crunchy on the outside but still soft on the inside. Plenty of marinara on the Meatball and perfectly caramelized onions. Great friendly service too and the decor is nice. Would recommend.
First time having Potbelly. Ordered the Italian, was really good. Peppers had the right amount of spice. The staff was friendly. Nice reprieve on a hot day.
I liked the atmosphere. There were 3 sandwich makers. The 1st gentleman was good. The 2nd maker lady was ok, the 3rd, the cashier was indifferent and the 2nd cashier was on her phone and didn't engage me and my wife at all. We ordered 2 Avo Turkey sandwiches. The sandwiches were delicious. I noticed most of the tables had crumbs on them so I had to use napkins to clean a table for me and my wife to eat.
Ty was the best with customer service and suggestions!!! He need a raise lol
Now Ricardo, I would love if you would stop playing and order more apple caramel cookies, especially for the holidays because I don’t want to come back and they’re sold out again and all the other cookies are just looking me, but I don’t want them!!! Thanks 🥰
4/5 stars, food is always good but I usually order delivery and that has been a pain. If Potbelly actually handled the deliveries themselves I’m sure it wouldn’t be as bad, but DoorDash delivers the orders placed through Potbelly’s own app and 90% of the time it’s missing something or it just doesn’t show up. TJ, Rick, and Sean have all been helpful getting orders replaced when I call in, but the weight of those failed orders falls 100% on Door Dash and not them.
Potbelly sandwich shop was a good experience. They have a variety of sub sandwiches and the even offer shakes and smoothies. I enjoyed the prime rib sub, with the horseradish sauce. Overall good experience will stop by again.
This place was one of the best chains I have been to. Food was delicious, service was amazing. The staff made an effort to talk to the customers, and be sociable. Amazing service
