Went for supper the other day and it was a pleasant experience. The tables were cleaned off. It wasn't too busy so there were plenty of seating options. Walked in and there was a person at the counter taking orders or you could use the little screen thing by the drink station.
The lady was nice, friendly and very informative. We got our food pretty fast & it was delicious!
In the photos are a toasted steak & white cheddar sandwich, which was very delicious. So..I've never had horseradish before or if I did it wasn't much. The sandwich has a healthy amount of horseradish on it so if your not a fan of spicy I don't recommend it, but if you are definitely try it!
The bread bowl of soup was French onion soup. It was amazing! The bread was fresh and the soup was nice and hot and full of flavor. Definitely a good choice if you like soup!
I had previously been disappointed in the portions but love that Panera is now offering the Duet Deals! Since discovering this, I've visited several times. Also, at this particular location I wanted to mention a worker that I always notice working very hard - Harmony. She is very sweet & diligently keeps the location clean and in good order. Props to her!
Love the food can’t beat the bread! The cashier who took my order seemed frustrated and talked very quietly. Other than that I love this place
I got a coffee at around 1PM - it wasn't hot or even warm - it was room temperature. 😔 Thankfully they microwaved it for me, but they didn't seem particularly concerned that their coffee was cold.
Took my daughter to lunch. It was great food. Love the new pizza. Only could eat half of it at picture shows. Chocolate croissant was so good too. She had grill cheese and strawberry salad she liked it too.
Portions are an AWESOME size !!! Well worth the money in coming to this location. Been to other Paneras but this is by far the best one in getting quality plus quantity....great job in pleasing this very satisfied customer.
Food is always good but high prices take some of the fun away. The take 2 offer is confusing and cashiers often don't want to take the time to explain.
It was the perfect place to grab a delicious and healthy breakfast. My daughter and I enjoyed the friendly atmosphere and the CLEAN environment. The gentleman who was washing tables was so on point and efficient! We observed that as soon as a table was vacated he was there cleaning the table and chairs (including the backs, legs and spindles) and that table was ready for another person to sit at within seconds. I will definitely return to this Paneras next time we are in the Kansas City area.
This was the first time I’ve had a 5 star experience at a Panera. Before placing my order at the drive through, the employee told me there would be a 20 minute wait, and gave me the option of I’d still like to order. No “fast food” place has EVER told me this,l. She was so polite and friendly! I order what I always do, but some how they always give me the wrong dressing, or forget an item, or forget the extra dressings. Not this time! I looked in the bag and there was my extra dressing! Everything was fresh and tasted wonderful, and the staff was friendly and trusting!
Great food as always, a little pricey more than I remember.
