Nice location in the Briarcliff area. I ordered the pepperjack cheese steak and Zapp's New Orleans kettle style chips. The cheese steak was ok, but the chips were great.

I am from South Jersey and this is the closest I have come to being home.
I followed John from North Oak over to Briarcliff and the food has stayed consistent, delicious. This is the closest I can get to an authentic cheesesteak out side of Philly. For sure one of the best in KC!
The staff is friendly and the restaurant is always clean.
They have had to cut back hours due to staffing issues unfortunately so just call before you go but worth the trip!
Today was my first time visiting Philly Time. I cannot begin to express how impressed I was with not only the incredible food but also the amazing service and family feel you get when visiting. John was a delight. Was so kind he even walked our food out to us when it was ready while we were sitting outside at the gazebo enjoying the beautiful city view. Best chip selection I have ever seen as well as a huge soda selection also. I highly recommend and will be back soon!
Still great food and good value after all these years, I first tried them in the late 90s, I believe. Fresh and tasty with a large variety of options, including wraps.
Good little local spot with good food and a lot of options. I have only tried the "Big Shroom" add cheese whiz as it comes with white cheese and it is delicious. The fries are cooked fresh and the onion ring bites are also really good. Great customer service!
Kind of tiny place if you want to eat in, but grab n go is great. Love all the different sauces available. Great sandwich and fries
Best Philly we've found in KC area.The bread was perfect and meat to bun was on point.
The best Philly's hands down! I have tried other places and not one stands up to Philly Time. The food is always fresh and hot and cooked to order. The prices are right and the portions are a nice size.
