Very good and fun time with girls.
McDonald's is a fast-food restaurant that consistently delivers an average dining experience. The menu offers familiar choices, but lacks uniqueness and excitement. The ambiance is standard, with generic decor and seating arrangements. Service is efficient, but lacks a personal touch. The food is predictable and fulfills basic cravings, yet fails to surprise or impress. Prices are reasonable, which is a redeeming aspect. Overall, McDonald's is a safe choice for a quick meal, but it lacks the charm and innovation that could elevate it to a truly outstanding dining destination.
The employees are hardworking, completed my order fast, and tolerated me ordering multiple Halloween pails via mobile order when I wanted another one lol.

Worst service ever.
I arrive the front so they can take my order and I was ignored for about 8 minutes.
They don't care about customers in the lobby they only care about drive thru to set the goal 20 seconds per vehicle. Plus my order was wrong.
This McDonald's still has employees to interact with. The soda station was inoperable. The dining room wasn't pristine (during lunch rush). But the food was what I expected. It was hot and fresh and I didn't have to deal with a kiosk.
Food was fresh, service was fast. Definitely some of the better fast food I've had.

Always have pretty good service at this location and don't really recall ever having any orders messed up. The crew always seems to be in good spirits and friendly. Food quality is fresh and good, being that it is fast food after all.
Stopped in for a quick bite to eat for my 2 yr old grandson as we were running errands. This was his first visit and the staff enjoyed talking to him. He was all smiles.
First impression of this place was really bad because the place looked dirty and I had to wait around 10 minutes for medium size French fries. However I decided to give the 4 stars because fries were good and there were only two employees. There are McDonald's in Overland Park which are clean and fast, but their food smells bad and fries burned. Here the place is dirty but employees do relatively good job by not burning the food and not using the same oil over and over again.
