Was in KC for a doctor visit for my disabled daughter at Children's Mercy we happened to stop here and was trying to decide what to get. As we were standing in line I asked the man behind us if he would like to go ahead bc we were trying to figure out what to get still as we had never ate here before. The man was very helpful in helping us and little did we know he was and employee or manager of chipotle of some sort. He even helped by carrying the food to the table for us as well. He gave us some gift cards for next time we are in KC. This is not expected ever from anyone but was so very kind and thoughtful. We will definitely be back to visit as my daughter asked "Mom can we come back to visit him sometime". The chicken was amazing as well as everything else we got to eat. Thank you kind sir!

I order online from here often. My only complaint is I always get the three soft tacos and they always throw the cheese and lettuce on top of them instead of in them. Kind of irritating but other than that I like this location... It's close to my house and my order is always ready on time.
