I've never really had any major problems when ordering from here. The location itself is in a rather odd spot so makes getting to it a little difficult for my liking. Everyone is friendly that I've ever encountered while being there. Food is always hot. And drinks are always made how I like them most of the time. Only one time I've ordered a cherry vanilla Dr. Pepper where it wasn't made right. So I ended up having to throw it out.
I always come here for my milkshake fix. They have the best and its always refreshing on a hot day. We've gotten the concrete's and smoothies before too. Their menu is huge, we've slowly been trying the items one by one and we haven't been disappointed!
I liked the Car Hop Classic burger and onion rings for $3, but I went back today and the special was over. Now they have a new special... Same burger, no onion rings but with a shake and it's $4. I left. It's19 degrees outside today... I'm not interested in a shake.
Not well thpught out on the part of the promo dept in my opinion. LoL.
I love the menu variety. The deep fried foods line tots and fries are sometimes less than expected because I can taste the dirty grease. Otherwise, I typically go away happy and content.
I stopped in the Sonic on 40 Hwy and Noland Rd. I was served by the nicest, great spirited young lady and she completely put me in a great mood. Her name was Bree. If there were more people like her in this world it would be awesome. Thanks Bre you are great at what you do.
We came there for half price shakes but when we got the shakes they were tasteless, but as soon as we brought it to the staffs attention they were willing to completely remake our shakes without any additional costs and of course the shakes were amazing after the remake, and the staffs manners were outstanding and they were all very kind.
Ordered two shakes. One chocolate and one strawberry. Both thick and delicious! Best in years. Sign said real ice cream.

Staff was friendly and helpful. We came right at closing and they were out of ice cream. Kids are bummed. We were offered complimentary drinks instead.
Great friendly service. Told us before hand about a delay in our order. Went above and beyond our expectations. Will be going back.
