The staff of this pizza hut never ceases to amaze me with their fantastic service. Tonight they were faced with angry customers cussing them out over delayed orders due to one of the ovens going down, but they handled everyone with respect and made sure that pizzas were remade if they were cold. They offered to comp my pizza because they had to remake it, and I was not expecting that at all and was so happy. I hope that the rest of the weekend can be better for them, but they'll always have my high praise. The pizza was delicious as always!
My Mom offered to go pick up the pizza since the pizza hut near us was closed for maintenance. On her way to pick it up she was rear ended and ended up waiting 2 hours for the police that never showed. While she was waiting on them I called the location to ask them to keep the pizza warm and informed them of what happened. When my Mom finally got there Jamia hooked it up and gave us a fresh pizza and a Pepsi. This kind of customer service is unheard of these days, so they get a 5 star for sure. Thank you again!!
7:00 pm online pickup order was great! Drive thru lady was friendly & very helpful. The pizza was actually very good! I had lost faith in this location a while back (along with dominos pizza 🤮) but I will keep returning as long as the quality stays the same! Good job y’all!!
Was in the mood for some alfedo pasta on a budget. Decided to throw in some honey bbq wings as well. The wings had the taste and consistency of a tv dinner. Not bad, but a solid 3/5. The pasta was better. Not gourmet by any means, but still good. All in all I would give a 3.5 out of 5. Might get the pasta again but not the wings.
Very professional very clean establishment polite employees fast, fresh and hot pizza exactly like I ordered it, excellent service the candy was the manager and she's on it!!!!
Wow. We just moved into this area and I ordered a ton of pizzas to feed our moving helpers. Every. Single. Employee was KIND, positive, and genuine! I have never been so impressed with a Pizza Hut! We will DEFINITELY be coming back. Thank you, all those who prepared our food and checked us out today; 5-stars all around!
We dined in, had Meat Lovers, Pepperoni Lovers pizza and Honey BBQ wings. Everything was hot and delicious! Service was good!
I really love this Pizza hut the cashier I think her name was Elizabeth and she was just as great as she can be she with nice she make sure we have plates for cheese breadand I want to give a big UPS to George who washed his hands everybody listen to this he washed his hands before he May the peace of hooray hooray hooray for George to thumbs up
