When we arrived something was up with the register, so the line was stopped for about 15 minutes upon our arrival. There was no communication as to what was going on or apology from any of the 5 employees. The ice cream was good. Definitely on the expensive side however.
I had the best experience here. The lady at the register which I assume was the head manager or owner is the most respectful lady I’ve encountered. I witnessed her giving a family free icecream because the woman’s card kept declining. The icecream always tastes amazing and the cake case is always full. Everytime I walk into the store, it feels like we are all a family.
Very busy on Friday evenings. Parking is horrible close to it.
Recommendation is to park is the outside area Parking and take a short walk through the tunnel to get to it.
A little over priced but the young man that served us worked hard while there was one or two people in the back that was watching and when he was almost done one young lady asked if he needed help. At the time it was just 3 of us there and we were in the same group and the others may have been on break. The ice cream was good and there was plenty for the amount we did pay. It was a nice treat.
Great customer service! There are chair inside too which is convenient. Great place to get treats and relax a bit from shopping. I got a large coffee shake and a small ice cream ☺
We sat outside. My vanilla ice cream was perfect. My partner had a mint choc chip ice cream. It had a lot of choc chips which I loved but she thought was too much. Hence 4* instead of 5. We’ll be back.
The variety of ice cream and toppings is wonderful. The employees were friendly and hard-working to support a long line of customers on a weekend. The store was clean and well kept. Being in Zona Rosa makes it easy to sit outside and enjoy an evening.
Great location and friendly staff. We showed up 20 minutes before closing because the online closing time was an hour off. The staff were still welcoming and happy to serve icecream. A few others strolled in behind us and the staff did a great job of serving them happily as well. This was my first time to this location but would definitely return.
