I don't know what happened with the previous reviews, but I can tell you that something must have changed. This pizza hut has consistently delivered great pizza when I've ordered from them. It's probably one of two pizza hut franchises that I know when I order extra cheese, I will get it!
The staff has always been super friendly. I had an order a month ago that was late, and the driver called me apologizing, offering to have the pizza remade because they were worried it was going to be cold. (It wasn't, it was still warm.)
I'm not here to discount anyone's negative experiences, but I do want to share that I've had nothing but delicious pizza from them.
We did carry out stay in one of the hotels and so I went by to pick it up and it wasn't that hard I just parked across the street at CVC and then went across the road during their construction and it was a good present experience The person working opened up the boxes to make sure I got what I ordered very impressive
They love me just as much as I love them! The pizza is always delicious and on time. They make you feel like family. Whether it is carry out or delivery, they all know me. The Pizza Hut on 39th & Main is the best!!!
The best, most sincere service! Pizza was cooked just the way I like it and was still hot in the box by the time I got home. Will definitely be returning for all my pizza needs.
I love this Pizza Hut! They're the best around. They are always either early or on time with their deliveries and the food is still so delicious. The staff is super cool. Great job guys!!!
This place was one of the best Pizza Hut's in Kansas City. Whoever the cook is they are unstoppable. We always love our order here. Recommend you order from this one above all others.
The young man who took my order over the 📱, my payment in the restaurant, and bagged my 🍕 was one in the same. He was courteous, precise, and quick. When I arrived at the store he was on the 📱 but acknowledged my arrival. Once he was off of the 📱 he greeted me, rang up my order, and inquired if I wanted anything else. My personal pan 🍕 was fresh, crisp, and baked just so 😋. Yummy! Magnificent service! The restaurant was clean and uncluttered. My only complaint is that you can only purchase containers of grated cheese and 🌶. They are $1.09 per container 🤨
They always welcome me in with open arms (I’m there a lot ) they know my order my heart and my name lol. I love them ! And i love going there . The food is always right and when it’s not they correct it quickly andddd usually gives me some type of discount (sometimes free) for my next order . They keep me coming back :)
