This is the most amazing country western dancing byob bar and restaurant in Hawaii. They welcomed us with smiles and were incredibly sweet. I love that they have vegan / vegetarian options. The barbecue is also top notch. They even offered to help us fix our flat tire. Check this restaurant out!

Panoply Santa Maria style BBQ is a great place to eat dinner on a weeknight or a weekend. The food is great. The service was great. The live music was awesome. We went on a Wed when it was “open mic” night. The local band was great. The young gal who worked at the restaurant sang a few songs and it was awesome, so was the guy working in the kitchen who also sang a song. Around 2030 a fiddler player showed up and he was amazing. I definitely recommend Paniolo!

Had a great burger here. They don't sell alcohol but have a store next to it (ABCs) where you can bring anything you'd like to drink in. There was a great band playing while we were there.
