I’m leaving this 5 star review because of HOWARD, the delivery driver. The pizza was great but HOWARD, is one of the Best.Delivery.Drivers.Ever. He was very kind and professional. When I told him I wasn’t feeling well so that he could adjust the delivery process to help me still get my pizza - He did just that. He also treated me with respect, kindness and compassion. It’s obvious that Howard cares about other people and approaches challenging situations with emotional intelligence - that makes him a STAR EMPLOYEE. By the way, the pizza was the perfect temperature, absolutely delicious and delivered exactly how I wanted it. THANK YOU HOWARD & PAPA JOHNS KATY MILLS LOCATION.

I ordered a large pizza with the pepperoni stuffed crust online. When I got there, Shaq himself literally handed me my pizza. That man was at least 5 inches taller than me. I felt a little intimidated, because me myself I am 6’3. But otherwise he was really nice. But the real fun started when I got home to eat the pizza. I ate half of it by myself, and let me tell you each bite combined with their dipping sauces was amazing. Each time I took a bite, it’s like papa John himself was unloading his flavor shaft inside all over my mouth.
