UPDATE 7/10/2019 Some seats are fixed. new manager Better quality food and fresh brewed root beer is back. OLD REVIEW 5/15/2018 This place is going through the reworks right now. The owner of this franchise and its other location that is now closed, has made some rash decisions lately, treated his employees unfairly and refuses to fix things in the restaurant. I. Hope the new staff they hire helps improve it cause this is the only A & W for miles and that's an understatement. They took down the draft nozzle because the manager couldn't control random kids and their parents constantly messing with the thing, he claims that they still make the draft root beer at the location but I think it's just the concentrated syrup. He refuses to use the mugs for the desserts floats saying well they break. Well that happens. the guy come off as a cheapskate and look like he should be selling off brand Rolex watches in the kiosk at the Katy Mills mall. That was months ago I come back here just to get a little snack and the food tastes great and fine as usual but it's the little things why people come to a A & W not the KFC.

Fresh made rootbeer is really good along with onion rings and chili cheese dogs, fries are meh. Half of the staff is really nice the other half was a little rude.
