I'm not much of a caffeine user, but I run mountains frequently and sometimes need a top notch mocha. Not only is the chocolate the best quality but they have the kind of milk I use too! Hemp milk is creamy and as mineral chocked full as cow boob juice. I can't get mochas anywhere else now. Dilettante is the top notch! #veganmocha
I've always enjoyed the staff at this venue, they've always provided excellent customer service, and have been extremely personable to me when I come in. They clearly care about the people they're serving, and they definitely uphold Dilettante's standards regarding coffee, desserts, and gourmet espresso beverages.
It's nice to have an establishment, regardless of how busy they are, know your name and what you're ordering when you walk in. Sydney, Nicole, Petra and all of the staff here are on point.
Overall, they're an amazing addition to Kent Station, and I'm very glad they've been excellent to me over the years.
(Though I could be awful at spelling their names. This isn't Starbucks, we're not expected to write names on cups here!)
Great little Cafe and had a comfortable feeling inside. The service was good however the time it took to get a couple drinks was pretty slow. I would definitely check this place out again if I am in the area.
Due to moving i had not been here in a few years. Prior to covid I was working in Seattle off of I believe it was 8th Ave and I would go to a Dilettante that was near by.
For whatever reason the business closed before covid. I really missed them because they carried a variety of coffee drinks that Starbucks and Peets' coffee did not carry.
I really appreciate where this coffee stand is located. There is plenty of room inside to sit, and there is out doors sitting as well. There is even a fire place/pit outdoors to sit around.
There is a wide variety of snack,pastries, sandwiches, for all of you chocolate lovers Dilettante carries their very own chocolate. They even incorporate it in some of their coffee drinks.
I always order a 12 oz breve ( made with half and half) latte with raw sugar. It was delicious, full bodied and without the bitterness. The price was reasonable.
They take their chocolate seriously haha good coffee though. I would definitely go back! Very well priced.
The employees here are really nice, they held on to my computer while I went to the restroom across the street, since they don't have one inside. I got a Vienesse Mocha, it was really good, not too sweet. The place has a lot of seating area, it's good for studying and working on a laptop. I will come here again.

I’ve been meaning to check this place out since I live nearby and I wish I did sooner! I did an online order and was greeted by a friendly barista who promptly helped direct me to my order. Mocha frappe was so good, it didn’t taste too sugary overall - the chocolate drizzle added the perfect amount of sweetness. The sausage breakfast sandwich was made perfectly too! They also made a pup cup complete with a biscuit treat for my dog.
Absolutely had to get the darkest possible mocha a "72" or something? Taking the art of chocolate to a higher plane of existence! Loved it!
