Hands down the best pho I have ever had. Very good beef flavor and not as salty as every other place I have tried. You have to try the spring rolls with pork patty!

My kitchen away from home! They treat us like FAMILY whenever we go here! The owners are wonderful and the food is excellent! Also the Restaurant is very clean! I love this place I highly recommend it!!
25jan2022 ~12:30 Swee and i dropped in Saigon Soul for lunch. The restaurant was nice and clean. There were a few diners. The Staff were friendly and courteous. We had the Bun Bo Hue (Beef Nooodles Soup), and the Com Tam Suom Bi Cha (Pork Chop, etc with Rice) .. A little surprised by the what seemed to be a piece of Pork in the Beef Noodles soup .. no matter, Swee loves the Pork .. Both the Bun Bo Hue, and the Com Tam Suom Bi Cha were tasty 😋😋👍
Go to place for great Vietnamese food. Delicious food for good value. Love the grilled fresh rolls, duck noodle soup and you can't really go wrong with the pho.
Their Bun Bo "Hue" is good. I wouldnt call it Bun Bo Hue since it is not the authentic Hue style Bun Bo. It's more of a Saigon style Bun Bo (less paprika, onion and garlic flavor; and more lemongrass flavor). I love it. Haven't had this style of Bun Bo around here since Vietnam. Their Pho has good flavor and aroma too.
Restaurant: Clean place. Easy parking. Service could be better.
10/3 UPDATE: I promised a picture upon next visit but I did not get the wonton soup this time. I got the small brisket, tendon and tripe pho.
6/10: I've been here a couple of times and so far so good! I usually get the pho with all the beef meats except the meatballs and the broth itself is good but I recently tried the wonton soup and OMG it was delicious! So much flavor that I didn't even need the fixings. I've been craving it every since I had it and will be visiting again soon and will be sure to take a picture next time.
Nice staff, covid friendly place to sit down and have some fabulous food,. The spring rolls were delicious crunchy and fresh the egg rolls were fresh hot deliciously crispy only teriyaki was sweet yet savor at the same time the bowl that we ordered came out and was beautiful I also ordered some hot green tea which was enough for both me and my guest
This is the best Vietnamese restaurant in the greater Seattle area. My wife and I come here often. She's Vietnamese and says the restaurant's food is the same as in Vietnam. I would agree. We've tried SO many other places, and this restaurant is truly authentic. The broth in the pho is always hot (temperature). That's how it's served in Vietnam, day or night, and just the right amount of ginger in the broth that really sets itself apart from other restaurants. The vegetables are fresh and crisp. Also, it's the only restaurant we can find the serves Bahn Can Coua (crab noodle soup). The services is great as well. When we eat here, it takes me back to Ho Chi Minh, Cam Rahn, and Nah Trang city.
