Excellent race track with multiple motorsport areas for different levels of fun. Import Face Off 2022 was a great event and there's plenty of space for many spectators, trailers and spectators. Family friendly, clean facilities and no complaints
Went for trunk or treat which thank you by the way but it was not run as smooth as it could of been n it looked like they didn't get as many cars to participate as they would of liked. Anyways we were in line over an hr and we got there 30 min after gates opened. it took from start to finish lil over 2 hours to complete.. they could of used way more trunks in the event. However the cars they had we're pretty amazing. I enjoyed it so much and with not many kids coming to the houses anymore I think I may decorate one of my cars up and join in the fun next year.... Fun motor sports park servicing Seattle with a high speed, technical road course and an NHRA sanctioned 1/4 mile drag strip. Most of the grounds are dated and worn, which I personally appreciate because it lacks pretentiousness and it’s very reasonably priced. A lot of new construction is currently taking place on the property which leads me to believe that it’s being repositioned to host bigger and better events in the years to come.
Always a fun time at the Seattle Historic races. You can get close up to the cars in the pits, and chat with the owners. Great photo opps both on the outside and inside of the track. Lots of cool car club cars in the corrals as well. If you're into vintage cars or just enjoy cars and racing, it's a great way to spend the day.
First, the bad: the pavement is still pretty terrible. Cracks, seams, sudden changes of surface angle, concrete walls at the apex of turns, places where the pavement stops and there are multiple inches of sheer drop off, trees close to where you'd go if you screwed up and went off track. This is a really old track, I remember going to it in the 1970s and don't remember the track surface and safety things mentioned above being much different then. On the plus side, it's got a bunch of really fun corners, it's kind of fun fighting how the track flips your car around when you hit the random changes of pitch and lumps and jumps. It's not the Ridge or ORP but it's close to Seattle and it's really fun to drive. Very glad it's here!
Classic awesome race track of course..there's also a dandy gentleman there named Don who was apparently played by Gary Cole in a movie about driving in the rain.......I would also give don and his proformance racing school five star review although can lead to racing addiction.....
Most excellent drag racing, car show was sparce, 20 cars??? $20 entry without parking seemed steep, I'm a penny pincher anyway, good time.
