This place is usually very busy so we were glad we were able to get in. The service is quick & friendly. The food is good & decently priced as well. There are plenty of choice & you can even make your own combo which I did because it was too hard to choose from. There is not a lot of vegetarian options tho fyi for those non meat eaters.
I knew it was going to be good, but I was not prepared for HOW good! I ate so much >.< The chicken was tender and the rice was cooked to perfection. The mac salad…amazing. Pu Pu platter is a must! We got the platter, a double and a trio combo and the whole family stuffed themselves…even the picky eater! I’m getting ready to tackle the mango bread pudding! Thanks guys! We <3 Pac Island Grill!
Umm this place is so fun! We went in for a quick dinner and fell in love. It’s so cute inside and there is a lot to look at. The Hawaiian iced tea is so so yummy. We tried the Pu Pu Platter, I think we were missing the prawns but didn’t realize until later. We also got the Kalua Pork Sliders and the Katsu burger. Everything was good but the BBQ Huli Chicken was absolutely the best. Definitely try out this place soon!
It is pricey. The Mac salad is really good and the teriyaki type of chicken is good too. The short ribs were okay, but way too expensive for 3 small strips. Garlic chicken was okay. Fast service.
Had lunch with a friend today and the food was so good. Ut was her first time eating here and she was very impressed. Great service and inviting atmosphere!!

It's a small restaurant setting very festive. The front is easy to order from.
Food was good very filling. I ordered BBQ they I asked for extra sauce and didn't get it (I don't like my stuff dry)
Only reason I gave them 4 stars is because the floor was extremely sticky I could hear it every time I or someone walked around. 🚶♀️The front lady didn't even come out and mop or anything to fix the issue she went back to texting on her phone. 🙄

This place is amazing!! The staff are friendly and the service is great. Food is outstanding and portions are more than enough. Best mac salad. Best mango smoothies.
I have been coming to Pac Island for many years and it never disappoints! One of my favorite places to bring friends or stop for dine-in or to-go.
Saw this restaurant while in Federal way and wanted to give it a try. My expectations were exceeded! This place was VERY BEAUTIFUL inside and the food was very DELICIOUS and savory. I order the #1. Combo: Kahuna (Shortribs, Katsu Chicken, Slow Smoked Kalua Pork and Mac Salad).
They were extremely busy, the waiter did forget our straws but it wasn't a huge deal. She was a very nice waitress overall. This was a pleasant experience! Will come back again! :)
