I visited the KFC in Kingsland, GA, yesterday, and it took me back to my childhood experience with the "Original KFC"! The customer service was amazing! From the entrance to the counter, I mattered; I was greeted immediately and waited on with the superior customer service that is missing in today's society. The bathroom, which I always inspect before ordering, was as clean as the board of health! I HAD to speak with Janice, the manager, to commend her for being a great representation of the importance of customer service and for training her staff to exemplify the importance of bringing people back! I was so delighted that I wanted to let you know that this store on E. Boone Ave, Kingsland, GA deserves to be recognized as the leader of the Superior Customer Experience, TOP-NOTCH service all the way around. Thank you soooooo much for such a wonderful experience! Their food should be used for commercials! It's all that!!!!

Cristina is super nice and very customer friendly. Always smiling, she makes it a pleasure to be there. Building is always spotless and smells clean. Tables are always clean. The manager is super nice and always puts the customer first. Love this place!

I knock atmosphere ine just because it seemed like there was an employee on break standing at the front counter gossiping, and being rather crude with his gossip sometimes. He wasn't up there long, but still. In uniform and being crude in the customer area. Otherwise it was a wonderful visit. The food was hot and tasted fresh. It was quick. The rest of the other employees were rather pleasent and friendly and a pleasure to be around. The tables were clean, the floor was clean, it was an overall pleasant experience. My husband has heard from work that they sometimes serve out older chicken and not always fresh, so he has been reluctant to go. This wasn't the case, thankfully. I hope it's never the case, but just fyi, there are some rumors floating.
