J'aime Les Crepes Kingston

My lavender sugar crepe was very simple and seriously the best crepe I have eaten in a long time. Most of the reviews tended to recommend the savory crepes. My savory vegetarian crepe was good, though I choose not to have it with the mushrooms and green onions. I believe the sweet crepes are a step above only because if fresh sweet fruit is used then the crepes taste exceptional. Overall for the savory crepes the ingredients are simply coming from bulk packages from Costco. The crepe itself is outstanding. So I do believe if the owner made some fillings from scratch it would definitely push the crepe stand into the elite area of eating establishments. The building only has enough room for two customers to stand and wait. There are only 6 containers of ice cream and only two crepe making burners. So if the line is long it will take awhile. Due to the fact that ice cream is being scooped, drinks are being made and of course the making of the crepes. Though there were three young ladies manning the counter, one made the crepes, one made drinks and brought in items that the crepe station was running out of, the other young lady took orders, was the cashier and started the drinks. They all worked well together for such a small area. I would definitely go back but I would get the lavender crepe again and maybe a fruit crepe with items in season.

Stopped by in Kingston and grabbed one of these fine crepes for the first time! Best crepe I've ever had, with an awesome staff!
