Bare bones, seat yourself sushi restaurant but really good quality sushi at reasonable prices.
Met family there and no one had ordered, so I got the largest sushi boat. Everyone (8 of us) really enjoyed it and it was large enough that we had about 15 pieces left over.
Fun location in Old Town.
Been here a couple of times now when we are in from out of state. Such great prices and such great service. The restaurant is a little hole in the wall with a no-frills seating area and mediocre lighting. But none of that is required for eating awesome sushi. And Mr Sushi Express delivers on the sushi. Many options to choose from. Something for everyone’s taste.
The parking is at Old Town and can be quite difficult to find. Plan on parking a little ways away and walking over. Great little area to enjoy the sights and sounds.
I’ve never been in person, but have always ordered to go. I don’t leave reviews often, but I think this restaurant deserves one because it’s THAT GOOD! They provide suuuper fast delivery, excellent food, fair prices, and a bag full of utensils + condiments. 10/10 recommend.
Was looking for some cheap sushi near our hotel and this spot was suggested. It did not disappoint. We ordered five rolls and every single one was awesome. We eat sushi a lot and I only wish we lived closer. Service was a little slow but they were super busy, even at 9pm. Everyone we talked to was friendly. Of you are in town and like sushi give this a try. The prices are outstanding!!!
It’s not the best sushi ever but it’s a great amount and decent for the price. The staff was so sweet and accommodating with our little family. The place is simple enough you order and then sit down and gather anything else you need yourself.
For some reason the images I took of the actual rolls disappeared but we got a platter that came on a boat, a deep fried roll and a panko chicken + fries kids combo. The panko on the chicken was so thick and the chicken was so dry and chewy we had to knock off a star but everything else was great!
Went here to grab some food and was really blown away by how delicious it was. We really were surprised. The only downside was that after we told them about my shellfish allergy and after they doubled checked by walking up to our table to ask again, they still put the coconut shrimp near my roll. A silly oversight, which was a genuine mistake (I think most of the employees are really young) but could have been life threatening to me. This is the only reason I didn't give 5 stars across the board. Would I go there again despite this error... Well I've been there 2 times since then with no other issues.
Tried this place for the 1st time today for lunch and I will definitely do it again. My spicy salmon poke bowl was so good. Everything about it was perfect, the rice was flavored nicely, the fish was super fresh and tender, sauces were delicious and avocado was perfectly ripe. Yum. Tried the pork dumplings, those were good too. They did a really nice job packaging it up for Uber eats as well. Good job

Always delicious. The Island Roll is my favorite. Spicy Chicken Roll is good as well! Always packed well and well presented! Highly recommend! Great value for what you get.
I'm a skeptic when it comes to sushi. When my wife stopped in here. We had the Celebration Sushi. It was by far the best that we have ever had! It's a must try for anyone.
