Loved this place. It was banging when I got there. Cashier was nice. Chicken was actually cooked on a grill for real and u get to watch!! Not cooked in butter on a flat top. Kitchen was really clean. Food was great. What a treat. More food than I could eat.
This stores has an excellent location, with easy access, plenty of parking spots, very professional and efficient servers which not only provide a great service, but also take the time to interact with clients. Congrats to Michelle who is very nice, kind, and of course efficient too. I passed by just to have a quick lunch, however extended my time having a nice conversation with the one amazing "Boricua" who was assisting in the room. Overall a great time, good choice to have lunch and relax.
Excellent service. The quality and taste of the food is amazing! This was my first time at Pollo Tropical and I just happen to meet the manager Joel and he's a great people person, very attentive with the staff and customers there. I'm very impressed with this place and I'm definitely coming back!
An excellent store I come here almost four times a week the service is great the location is excellent the service is very fast the food is very good grade 10 not to mention that when you go for lunch inside the store there is a guy named VICTOR G. he is very solicit, considerate, committed and dedicated TO EVERYONE AND with work. He is extremely polite and always wants to help people. This Man works very well. I recommend this store to everyone and look for VICTOR. He is like my MANAGER in the store. The food to me is out of this world. I love not only whole chicken white meat only but also the black beans and rice as well as the ceasor salad. Can't forget the garlic cilantro sauce is out of this world
The food was amazing and fresh, and it was a clean, calm atmosphere! Would definitely recommend. Shout out to the manager Joel who also went above and beyond to ensure we got everything we needed!
Had the cuban sandwich and it was great. Will definitely buy another on my next visit. I quickly ordered and the food was ready in about 6 minutes. Highly recommend.
Recently had a wonderful experience visiting this location! The food was great and everyone working there was so helpful and welcoming, especially Joel who was so kind. We’ll definitely be visiting again.
This place is pretty good. It's clean with a friendly staff. The only thing is sometimes things fall through the cracks like avocado doesn't get sliced or something like that. Overall it's a good restaurante. It also is super affordable with large portions.
Food is always hot off the grill and never overcooked just perfect. I wish they would remind people more about there reward program cause sometimes I forget and miss out on points that add to cash.
