Did I really need to review this restaurant? It's Chick-fil-A. You know exactly what to expect. Wonderful service and staff. Food is always incredible and fresh. Quite the efficient dine-in and drive through experience. Always a well kept and clean environment. No other fast food can really compare!
Everyone knows what this place is like. You either love it or hate it but they are opinionated and have strong views. Even if you don't like Chick-fil-A for who they are, give your children a chance to love it. The staff are always super nice, they say my pleasure a lot and will accommodate to any needs you may have. The playroom for the children is awesome whether they play before or after they eat it's still a good decision in my opinion.
We are always a fan of Chic-Fil-A. Between the great atmosphere, great service, and great speed to get food out. This Chic-Fil-A has a good sized play area for my daughter and friendly staff. We came during the lunch rush and while parking is tight the service is great and prompt. I sit here writing this review watching as cars constantly cycle through the drive thru. The fries were unfortunately undercooked as they seemed to be dropped in cooler than normal grease due to the rush. The chicken was great with a good taste and the sauces are always delicious. The staff are constantly walking around to make sure everyone is taken care of properly. There are even staff wearing jackets outside trying to take car orders to keep the line moving. The only real complaint someone could have today is it is a little louder than normal and the WiFi is really slow due to the high volume of users. I would recommend and return again.
Never a complaint with Chick-fil-A. My spicy Deluxe was perfectly cooked and the waffle fries were great as always. Nicest employees of any fast food restaurant.
Who can say anything bad about Chick-fil-A other than the fact that they're closed on Sundays. They are consistent and consistent and consistent. It's always a pleasure to serve when I'm there it has been 4 years and with the strict policies from Chick-fil-A corporate you'll receive nothing but consistency and happy faces from any Chick-fil-A you visit. This specific location is being moved approximately a quarter of a mile towards Farragut in order to provide better access however I do not expect it to change and quality whatsoever.
I always love Chick-fil-A. This location is always clean, fast, and delicious. They also have a play area for kids, which is nice. At lunch time it is extremely busy and the drive thru line wraps around the building twice! But they are very efficient here so the wait isn't as long as you'd expect. But it would be nice for a second location to opened on the Pinville side, for convenience and to ease the congestion that happens daily here.
Food was great, but only reason for 4 stars is because there was a misunderstanding through the drive through and got one wrong item. It was totally an honest mistake, and when I came back through to tell them what happened they gave me the item free of charge and let me keep the mistaken item. So, just wanted to say thanks guys. Keep up the good work and friendly environment.
