These tacos are not only amazingly tasty and filling but they are also inexpensive. I love coming here because I don't have to worry about how much I will spend when I go out to party.
Excellent! About as close to authentic as you can get here. We had Carne Asada tacos with chips, guacamole and cheese sauce. It was by far the best I have had in Knoxville and surrounding. I would highly recommend this place to all whom like authentic Mexican food!
Love the breakfast burritos and churros! You guys should just get on your coffee game so it can be a one stop shop. Great prices/value and the tacos are good too.
Consistently great. Can order taco combinations not on menu, such as carne asada and chorizo. Great customer service and inexpensive. Best soft tacos in Knoxville.
While spending time at UT hospital saw this place on here and decided to try it and had a Fish Burritto and it was awesome ... Hopefully won't have to spend much time in UT but glad to know that there is awesome food just down the road.
By far one of my favorite little places in Knoxville. Their quesadillas and nachos are to die for. You also can't beat their awesome prices!
Fajitas with rice and beans and a drink for $6.50 and tastes great!

My wife and I moved from So Cal about 15 years ago to East Tennessee and have been looking for AUTHENTIC Mexican food ever since we arrived and have been disappointed in every other Mexican restaurant until oscars taco shop. They have real tacos with fresh corn tortillas and shredded beef, not like the other restaurants and there school tacos with taco bell style shells and ground beef, the burritos you can hold in your hand to eat and are stuffed with quality home made ingredients,not like the others and there nasty wet burritos with sauce poured all over the top. Their chips and salsa is awesome, and they even have churros. The 3 of us had more than we could eat (probably because we ordered 1 of everything on the menu) just joking but we ordered way more than we would normally order and it was just $35.00 for everything. I would highly recommend this restaurant to everyone. Oscar you have a new loyal customer. We live in Athens TN about an hr drive to Oscars in Knoxville, we would really be greatful if you would open another taco shop in Athens if you are reading by chance.

Best Mexican food in the Fort. Very small dining area so best to get takeout. You can order online too, which is probably a good idea if you want to maybe cater a party or something. Make a burrito a chimichanga for three bucks and you should do so.

Ok I lived in California for 48 years. This is true Mexican food. Service was friendly. The restaurant is what you would expect to find for a little hole in the wall as we put it back home. Definitely going to make this my go to Mexican food spit. Thank you for the tasty of home.
Easily the best tacos I've had in a physical storefront in Knoxville. Fell in love with their carne asada and al pastor at first bite. The horchata is also delicious. And everything is unbelievably affordable. Don't waste your time going down to Gay St. or the old city the best tacos are right here.
Always has good quality, hot food. Fish tacos are amazing. Quesadillas are also unique and delicious.
