Stopped in for lunch today. We were greeted by Manager Dominic. He informed us that the computer system was undergoing a hard re-root. He was so kind and offered us drinks while the system was coming back online. The food is always fresh and delicious and portions are plentiful. One sandwich wasn’t exactly what was ordered so Dominic corrected this issue with a big smile. No worries. Sorry to hear about the passing of John, Sr. RIP. Dominic offered us Tiramisu and cheesecake to take home due to the sandwich mix up. He made our experience extra nice! Thank you Dominic. Highly recommend Lascari’s!!!

After driving around in the heat, we decided on an early dinner before heading back to the Central Valley. Originally from the La Habra area, we are very familiar with the Lascari's family of eateries. The original is still the best. Anyways, we placed our order with the server and had repeated our orders twice, only to have 1 of the meals made wrong. When I went up to mention this, one of the personnel was trying to make the adjustments, but was having an issue on the computer. Finally, another worker came up and made the adjustments. And I had to pay for the change in the order. Normally, the server will apologize for the error and fix the issue without having to charge the customer, but this was not the case. Rather than cause a scene, I paid the difference. They fixed the problem, we finished our meals, and did not leave a gratuity. It's a matter of Principle. Maybe the people here are not aware of, or, haven't been schooled on this matter. So, if you're in the mood for a place to go for good food, make sure to check to see if your order is taken completely right.

Picked up spaghetti & meatballs with a side of sausage, butternut squash ravioli, fettuccini Alfredo, and pastrami sandwich and took it all over to my sister's house for dinner. This time we picked up a pizza and they just seem to get faster and better at making everything on their menu.
