I go there once in a while for their ice coffee, pan cakes & ice cream cones. Friendly staff & the dining area is kept clean, but no security guard.
It is located where a lot of trouble makers are roaming around the restaurant. I think this franchise is making good profit because it is always busy, I’m sure they can afford to have a security guard for the safety of their customers, especially the students who goes there to eat.
Rowena was AMAZING!!! ( I really hope I’m spelling her name right). She deserves ALL the recognition!!! The night before they were pretty busy and they forgot part of my order in the drive through. I came back the next day just to ask for the difference. Rowena helped me out and made sure I left with a smile! Best customer service I’ve ever received, I live down the street and will definitely be coming back! Only McDonald’s I go too! Thank you so much for your kindness!!!!
