Pleasant venue with plenty of good food options. Most seating is inside, but they do have some outside seating.
I'd like it a little better if they didn't pipe music everywhere, but at least it's not too loud to hold a conversation.
Has a lot of pizza. Uses disposable plates only. The ocean is visible but the ocean view is not great
Thanks a whole lot to counter culture's pastries and donuts, it saved me many mornings and evenings. I really like bread and pastries, but there were almost no bakery stores near the campus. I almost gave up on having any pastries during my time in UCSD, until I found out OCT has its own corner for pastries. There are some choices but not a lot, mainly croissants, muffins, danish, and a variety of donuts. The taste is decent (in a good way) and I like it a whole lot. I visit the counter almost every week on my way back from class. Also, their drinks are too sweet for me and I wish there's an option to adjust it.

Sunset perfection. Beautifully open and bright space with brilliant glass architecture.
Food is good, especially from Spice. The pizza is good too but always greasy. The tables are dirty most of the time but other than that the place is pretty clean.
Beautiful views. One of the most beautiful places to eat at ucsd. The salmon is delicious and worth buying, the pizza is great (except for the soggy quattro fromage), and one of the only places on campus with a good drink and dessert selection. There's a bathroom in there too, tons of outlets for long study sessions, and a variety of seating. Worth your dining dollars, but spend your real money elsewhere

Hands Down the best dining hall on campus! Their Spice station offers great spinach falafel and lemon couscous! I am not a big pizza fan, but all my friends recommend their Scholars Pizza station. Plus, it offers a great ocean view. The quality of the food beats what you would expect! Check out the HDH menu, you will be amazed!
I come here late at night with my girlfriend, during the day the line can get very long in all the food sections, especially the pizza line. The quality of your order will depend on who's working, student workers can sometimes undercook your pizza or misinterpret your order. But the redeeming factor is that it's open until 2am, great for late night cravings.
Oceanview Terrace is the best dining hall on the UCSD campus besides 64°. If you get the chance to eat at Spices there is a wide range of options from chicken, salmon, pork, tofu, etc. It has the most variety and is constantly changing giving it a dynamic that no other dining hall on campus has to offer.
