I've been eating Chipotle for a long time in different locations across the US, with mixed experiences. The burritos I got from this location on 12/4 around 4:20 pm were some of the best Chipotle I've had in YEARS. Both the steak and chicken were seasoned beautifully and tender while providing a satisfying chew. The fajita vegetables were fresh and had a hint of sweetness combined with that fire-grilled taste. The burritos were also wrapped perfectly, such that the ingredients were well mixed throughout and didn't spill out of the seams. Definitely coming back to this location!
I think we came too close to closing time because they were out of lettuce (and a bunch of other stuff too), so the bowl was no better than a burrito
As you can see in the photo of my order breakdown I ordered a bunch of toppings on my bowl. Had it delivered by a food delivery service. Person making the bowl made a mistake and forgot the toppings. But I am going to still give 5 stars to this Chipotle, because the food is usually very delicious and people make mistakes! We all make mistakes sometimes. I don't believe in judging a restaurant negatively when a simple mistake might happen in a very rare occasion. The food is fresh, affordable, and the restaurant is usually fairly busy. If I was dining at an expensive Michellin star restaurant then I would expect them to be much more exacting at a much higher rate on their execution and I would maybe look to judge them more harshly. But Chipotle offers a different value and should be offered a human mistake every once in a while. Cheers!
