Great place for a great Steakburger so sad that is now closed after some many years..,
Closed. : ( very sad was my favorite burger place in San Diego.
You want a sure sign that a place has good, honest food? Go to a spot where a bunch of cops hang out on their lunch break every day! While most people go to Western Steakburger for (strangely enough) burgers, I get oh so insanely strong cravings for their gyros. I'm sure there are better gyros out there, but when you live so close to such yummy food, it's hard to turn down sometimes. (Tip: they sell it by the pound as well, so if you're not interested in a prepared meal, you can take the gyros home with you and bathe with it. Tip follow up: don't bathe with the gyros. But I digress...) On the down side, their prices seem a bit high for their offerings and their cash-only policy is a bit annoying, but the owner and employees are so nice, that, in the end, I really don't mind forking over an extra buck or two.
It's ridiculous how TASTY this random place is. Wild West Burger will take your taste buds to town and back. I find myself critizing burgers with this place as my criterion and I'm imagining myself hugging a lifesize burger right now.

I can eat 2 deluxe burger from this place chocolate shake gyro plate
nothing wrong with this place but wish they had a soda dispenser
oh yeah cash only.
Great food. Alot of food. The last burger i had I had to season to taste. My staff was hispanic, not greek, but very friendly, and very helpful.
this place is awesome grate food and service but the only accept cash for those that go other then that love it
The 1/2 lb western deluxe is my favorite here!
