It was open but we couldn't enter. Our food was brought hot and fresh to the door. The wait was a little extended but it was a nice day, and there was a comfy place in the shade to sit down. Don't give up your seafood!
My daughter took me to Red Lobster for my birthday. It was so yummy. It's too bad they have to close down AGAIN!!
Food was great. Waitress was very nice however she never checked back once food was delivered. My friend was upset by this especially because all we wanted was water. I wanted some lemon for my fish but never tracked her and I was 3/4 done by then. It took another nice wait person passing by who offered if she could help when she saw us trying to find her.
My wife and I ordered online and had a scheduled pickup time but had to wait an extra 15-20 mins. But after receiving our food we had some items missing and I was able to go back up and address what was missing and was given the items with no wait. Truly amazing business to be working this hard to ensure good customer service!
The best part about red lobster is the service and their cheddar biscuits. The Waiters were really nice and seemed very professional and the wait time for the food was some of the fastest I ever had. The reason why I don't give red lobster 5 stars though is because the food was sort of bland the clam chowder wasn't as good as I thought and lacked a lot of flavor, but everything else was great
I love the food here. My online order was accurate to the T. I highly recommend this Red Lobster 🦞
