Great for a quick bite to eat. I love the taco salad. Long wait at lunch, but to be expected.

I’ve lived in San Diego for decades and could never bring myself to eat at a place called the crazy chicken. Had to grab a quick bite today and wanted to keep it healthy, so decided to give it a whirl. Ordered the double chicken avocado salad and was quite pleased. The salad was fresh and the dressing and salsa bar had nice flavors.
I absolutely love coming here, even during COVID. I always use curbside pickup since it’s always so busy; I get out quick and happy. Staff is friendly and they’ve never gotten my order wrong. I’m here about once a week and I never regret it.
We don't to neighborhood shop, we use the one off of Baltimore and El Cajon Blvd. Never a long line at drive through, and very pleasant employees.
This is the best Pollo Loco. The staff is very friendly and the service is great.
Love this place and you cant go wrong here. Wish the food would be better priced at times because sometines you get freshly made chicken and you can tell the flavor is all there and other times you can see that its been laying around for a few hours.
The sides could be cheaper too.
Over all, I will be coming back just not often.
I had a tostada. It was pretty good except the shell had a burnt taste to it. Kind of like the oil it was fried in was old or burnt.
I love this place! The chicken meal is our family's favorite
