I visited this restaurant for the first time and was indecisive about what I wanted to eat. Chloe S. waited patiently while my two daughters and I decided what to order. She even told me what the popular choices were. Chloe was very kind and she made our visit quite lovely.

I was pleasantly surprised with the wonderful flavors of the soups and sandwiches on Friday after my husband's procedure at Park Palace Surgery. I've been back all weekend and again today Monday the 17th. The soups are helping with his nutrition & healing process with no complaints about eating them for several days. My/Our new spot for sure.
was a little chilly in here when I visited but my order was correct and good. The order taker seemed new as she was a bit slow figuring stuff out but I wasn't in a rush so it was okay.I had rhe French dip with Brocolli cheddar soup. yum.
Claranae was super helpful, even gave me some advice while ordering that made the experience extremely satisfying! Great person to serve your customers and be the face of the Ambassadors Mcalisters!

Great service. And quite good food. The 4 women there (Vicky, Alania, Hali, and Kenzie I think) were a great help while there.
McAllister's is a very on-again/off-again kind of a place depending on the staff. They are almost always busy depending on the time of the day. This because of their location, not always because of their food quality or because of their service. Both are hit or miss.
