This is our new favorite go to fast food place on Fridays. Our Catholic Family (voluntarily) refrains from eating meat on ALL Fridays, NOT just during Lent. This can make our meal choices somewhat challenging for us as we try to keep our carbs to a minimum. A few weeks back, we were heading home after watching our granddaughter's high school marching band perform & grabbed her a chocolate shake from Checker's and then returned later for our supper which included two of the "Deep Sea Doubles". Now retired, this was a favorite lunch during Lent when I DIS work nearby, so we decided to give it a try. The food traveled home, sat for a few minutes while we got settled, and when we ate minutes later, the fish was still quite warm, still fresh & the breading slightly crunchy. I thought the food was excellent and I recommend Checkers for fresh & great tasting fastfood. Their two kane drive thru is now segregated for drive thru & online orders using the app.
The food is usually good. I really enjoy the fries. The service was quick and the cashier was very pleasant.

Forgot my BBQ sauce. However, for Checkers, this place is great! Polite while taking my order and the food I got was hot and fresh! If you ever crave some of those awesome fries, go check them out. I don't think you'll be truly disappointed.
Always did like Checkers food especially the fries and ice cream treats. This trip was about trying the fry seasoned tenders. This is my place to get a good fish sandwich. My choice is always the Deep Sea Double with an order if fries and gold peak tea. Thank you again Checkers staff for fulfilling my food cravings.
My burger was the best burger from a checkers in a long time.
I have always loved Checkers. Used to have lunch there quite often when they had one in the same parking lot as my former job. You can't beat Checkers fries. And they are always hot, fresh and crispy.
They have good food. We especially like the fish sandwiches and the ice cream cones. The staff is always friendly. The other day they got our order wrong. They put in a large fry and we had ordered a large Sprite. When we bought it to their attention they corrected the order right then and told us to keep the fries. We've been there several times. Today they were very busy, but they kept the line going. Very good thick creamy milk shakes.
