I assume they were short staffed, and I could tell the frustration from the hostess. We did have to wait at least 10 mins before getting a table. It was very busy, several tables were empty but the ones that had customers, there were groups of them. The kitchen seemed behind as well. The food was good though, it just took a while for us to sit, get food and leave. They were trying their best to stay on top of it, but like everywhere in customer service, it is hard to find and keep a good staff. I got the Margarita grilled chicken. It may have taken a little time to get our food, but when we did, at least it was hot.

Chili's restaurant provided us with a delightful dining experience during our stop on the way to Atlanta. We opted for the Cajun pasta (no meat) with penne in Alfredo sauce, which was an excellent choice for vegetarians. The dish was bursting with flavors, thanks to the perfect blend of chile spices, Parmesan, tomatoes, and green onions. The penne pasta was cooked to perfection, and the Alfredo sauce was creamy and indulgent.
We also tried the Mushroom Swiss Burger with a Vegetarian Black Bean patty, and it exceeded our expectations. The patty was flavorful and had a nice texture, complemented by the earthy mushrooms and melted Swiss cheese. The burger was served with a side of crispy fries that were seasoned just right.
The service at Chili's was impeccable, with attentive and friendly staff who made us feel welcomed. The restaurant had a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for a relaxed meal. We left Chili's fully satisfied, with our taste buds tingling and ready to continue our journey to Atlanta. We highly recommend Chili's for anyone craving delicious vegetarian options and a memorable dining experience.
Wait time was less than 30 minutes. We had a great waiter and the food was good. Mu son thoroughly enjoyed the bacon rancher burger.
For me, Chili’s has gone downhill and I haven’t been to one in over three years. The food and service at this Chili’s was top-notch and I highly recommend you get the hot Tennessee crispers. Absolutely amazing.
Went for lunch and we had our meals in 20 minutes and the waitress was very nice and considerate of our choices and exactly how we wanted our food. Appreciate that Ms. Riley was able to help us get our order and she checked in on us to make sure everything was good. Thanks!
The waiter was awesome at providing excellent service to our table. He was very attentive. The speed of the delivery of our food was fast. The food was prepared as we had ordered it. Great atmosphere.
Ordered the food to-go and it was made EXACTLY as requested. Any time I ask for additional Cajun seasoning or Alfredo, it’s overlooked, but whoever the cook was paid attention. Shoutout to the cook that evening because he did an AMAZING job!
My appetizer was great as well, once again, it was fresh and exactly as ordered.
I’m not sure if they were understaffed, but we ordered curbside and no one ever came out to assist. Gladly we were appropriately dressed to enter the side entrance, as our order was ready.
Food was very hot and fresh service was great, friendly and happy. Atmosphere was quiet.
Havent been here in awhile, this place has improved alot. The food was good but our waiter was awesome, very friendly and even took time to talk to my little grandson who had a million questions for him.. We will definitely be back.
Our lunch today was fantastic our server did a wonderful job I wish I could remember his name he had an awesome personality and the other young man that brought our food and drinks thank you both.
