Being from New Mexico Santiagos is the closest thing to New Mexican/Mexican food that I have found here in Colorado. Their green chile sauce in my opinion is really good and the rest is simple but tasty for a very reasonable price. However this is not a sit down place to eat more of a fast food/take out place. Overall it's a great place to grab a quick tasty bite.

This place was awesome. The hot sauce was hot but good. The beef fajitas we're really good. Also loved the Refried beans
Its amazing!. Me and my husband LOVE santiagos. Its incredible food. The chili rellonos is my favorite. But the burritos are equally great. The only thing that sucks about it is the prices are way high. But other then that its great. The chili cheese fries are to die for but the just because the green chili is insane. The medium is way and and the actual hot is out of this world. My big tough husband broke a decent sweat eating a "hot" burrito from there!
Takeout available of their simple, delicious Mexican fare. I bought some tamale for later, but also had to have a chicken enchilada smothered in green chili.
I’ve been coming here since I was a little kid. 30 years later and it is still awesome! Fresh, yummy food every time.
Gotta love the breakfast burrito. Their green chili is the best.
Absolutely the best food I've had in a long time they're so awesome and their prices are unbeatable I have to suggest you order online or call in because the line is always super long cuz their food is fantastic
I’ve been living about 50% time in Tulum, MX since June. My soul has been warmed by the people’s innate kindness, love, sharing and happy outlook. So it surprised me this morning to scoop up some breakfast from what I thought was or would be a chain store, only to experience a wonderful aura of love from the Team.... just heart warming. I’m smiling ear to ear. Because, as I just moved here from 22 yrs in North Boulder, today I learned I really moved closer to the heart of MX... one of my adopted lands (we are from Guatemala). Blessings to all of you at Santiago’s!!!!!!!
It’s authentic Mexican food for a fair price! And it comes from caring people who love to make people happy day in and day out. Breakfast is served before 11 a.m. Don’t get mad if you are there later and can’t get one of the famous half and half, mild with cheese burritos.
Great street tacos. Lots of filling. 3 are almost too much to eat. We had carnitas and beef - very tasty. Oh, their sauces are really great as well.
