Pasta was great. It was a pasta with wine reduction. It was not saucy and yet packed with flavor. They did mess up on the truffle rib eye though. It was too rare. After they tried to fix it, it became a bit overdone. Our server was very apologetic and gave up another glass of wine to make up for it. It was a good experience and we definitely want to come back to try other dishes.
Our family decided to go out to enjoy Italian food for Fathers day dinner. We had heard great things about Olivers in Laguna and decided to take the drive out there and find out what all the hub bub was about. Stared ordering a delicious bottle of Brunello. We ordered several appetizers to start and were quite pleased. My brother and I shared the steak & fish main dish. They were both very tasty. The Branzino came out on FIRE and was de-boned right at the table. Very impressed. We all had a great time and were very pleased with the staff and presentation. We would love to revisit and try something new. Gazie!
Good Italian food made with fresh ingredients. Simple yet tasty dishes good for sharing. I recommend their Parmagiana, Rigatoni Cacio E Pepe, and Chitarra Pomodoro E Burrata. For desserts we tried their Panna Cotta.
