Pretty crowded in afternoon and nights. However, the staff is super friendly and kind. They’d offer you to try out their fudges, and you can also try out different flavors of ice cream before you get a scoop. I’d say that most of their ice cream are on the creamy and sweet end. They also carry a variety of sweets and chocolate. Would recommend this place if you want a scoop of ice cream after being in lake Geneva for the whole day.
Hailey and the staff are always friendly and helpful. They make a customer feel welcome to the shop. The mackinaw fudge is so legit and creamy. My kids love the sugar free taffy and not to forget the huge scoops of ice cream. My favorite is the dark chocolate toffee. There are a few tables inside the main building you can sit and enjoy your treats there. If it is nice weather you can take a walk by the lake or downtown shops to enjoy the scenery and your delicious treats. Overall a pleasant experience every time we visit lake Geneva and Kilwins.
Great fudge and ice cream place! They allow you to sample a piece of fudge (flavor of your choice). All the fudge we got to try were all great, though I particularly like the double chocolate one. We ended up getting their ice cream, which was also enjoyable until the last spoon. Really friendly staffs too.
As you walk in, you are offered the delicacy of free fudge and never shamed for how many free samples you take. Dear God Bless y’all. That cookies and cream fudge is scary good. You even get to see how they make the candy, and the fudge behind a glass window! It’s such a beautiful candy shop! Such friendly employees, I come here every time I am in Lake Geneva! Thanks Kilwins!! Time to run off that fudge!
The fudge is very delicious. They give you a free sample too! We also tried the ice cream and waffle cone. Sooooo gooddd! Take a trip there because the ice cream is amazing. We loved it.

We were in Lake Geneva for Winterfest and went to Kilwins for some fudge. It was a beautiful shop! And we were waited on by a wonderful young lady named Noreen. She was sweet, bubbly, well spoken and extremely helpful. She made our experience there great! And the fudge is delicious!
Kilwin’s for the win! We chose this place randomly and I’m so glad we did. The sorbet was perfectly refreshing for such a hot summer day.
