Love this place! As a townie, I get to be a regular and I encourage all in the area and anyone visiting to head to Heart & Sol. I bring friends here and we've all enjoyed a range of excellent food. Had the Bacon Apricot & Brie Melt today and it was amazing. Favorite of mine is the Mega Oatmeal Bowl with a Fruit Cup side. And the owners - Jeff and Michelle - the staff - and the music are fantastic. Lucky to have this place. Right downtown. Easy walk to the lake. Oh, and THE best coffee.
Finally was able to try one of the delicious smoothies available on the menu and it did not disappoint. I am vegan and there are very few restaurants in the area that are able/willing to accommodate and even fewer with marked vegan options. I am very grateful for the options and accommodations that Heart & Sol has. The staff is always upbeat and offers a great atmosphere for healthier eating in our small town! Looking forward to beating the heat (if it ever comes) with lots of smoothies this summer!
Great food and healthy choices. Has a lot of gluten free options as well! Very grateful that Lake Geneva had a place like this with healthy options. It’s my go-to spot for breakfast and lunch!
The Pho and Thai lettuce wraps were delicious! I wish the pho bowl was just a little bigger because it was so flavourful and yummy. It had just the right amount of spice. 😋
Pretty good and decent amount of choices for vegans. Coffee was wonderful as was lemonade. Staff was attentive, helpful, and courteous.

Go here! Just do it! I semi stumbled upon this gem of a restaurant after checking out the thrift store across the street. It is decorated so cutely and is warm welcoming and inviting. I am traveling for work and they have free WiFi so I will definitely be making stops in here to get foodor grab a fresh pressed juice and do some work! The staff was nice, ambiance was nice and i love all the healthy options they have! They also use sustainable products such as biodegradable straws, offer recycling and use organic wherever possible. I got the beet fresh pressed juice and a bowl of their vegan chili. I also appreciated that they had many Vegan and vegetarian options! I will be back and highly recommend!
Super tasty food!!! Great vegan options - my friend and I split the pho with tofu and the portabella tamales and they were both delicious. The service was great, the food was ready really fast but was super fresh tasting. They have a big menu too, a really great selection of tasty, healthy food. I would highly recommend this cafe for a great breakfast or lunch. Also very reasonably priced!
