I also studied nutrition and Thai cooking in Thailand and the flavor of her tom kha soup was spot on and took me right back to Thailand!!

I took the three-course Thai cooking class. Thu Ha was very informative and fun to be with. The food was delicious. Compared with other classes I have taken, I appreciated: a focus on sourcing the ingredients emphasizing freshness, simplicity/purity, and practicality; a focus on tasting, tasting, tasting as the flavor profile takes shape; learning a few very useful new techniques, such as knife technique, opportunities to freeze a portion of the work, and so on. Totally hands-on class. Do it!
My daughter and I took this class together and both thoroughly enjoyed it. Not only did we learn the best way to prepare 3 delicious items, including Pad Thai, but we received a wealth of information about tools, ingredients, methods, food safety and storage, and healthy eating. If I remember one tenth of what I learned in the class, my cooking and health will be significantly improved. She’s that good!
