This is a great place to eat. However, yesterday was an off day for me at this establishment. Appetizers were salty ,ribs, and steak burnt . Mashed potatoes were amazing, and salad was not appealing . I tried something different, and I should have stuck with my usual 20-Oz Ribeye . The manager did reorder my ribs and steak. she was nice and accommodating. The enjoyment of the occasion was gone. I also made the mistake of sitting in the bar area 🙃 would I eat here again? Yes
First time ever at Texas Roadhouse. My experience at chain restaurants has generally been unworthy of comment, but the Lakeland TR is exceptional.
I was shocked by the level of attention given to us by the entire staff. The manager personally stopped by our table to ask us if everything was to our satisfaction. The young man who brought our food to the table asked me to cut into my steak to see if it was cooked the way I wanted, which it was—the first time I had ever been asked that.
Our server, Genesis, treated us as if we were personal friends, and went out of her way to help us with our orders.
The food was excellent, service during the meal unobtrusive but observant, and the prices quite a bit less than we expected.
I’m not being carried away here—I was truly impressed. Highly recommend.
Server Kendell was amazing. He had the best attitude. Food was great. Will def come back to eat here.
