Consistent and solid. I only get drive thru, but sometimes it’s very busy and quite a long wait. Service is fine, and outside of the occasional line it’s fast and solid enough food. I don’t order much so I haven’t had any problems with getting my orders wrong. It’s also open later than most other chains, opting for the 2am closing time-if that’s useful.
Decent experience. Food was average, but again the service was barely functional. Some employees have great customer engagement and unfortunately today I got someone who had no business being at the pickup window. Everyone has a personality....does the personality of the person interacting with your customers reflect your expectations? Is anyone coaching these people? I'm not saying that they a bad employees, but maybe they aren't right for every position. I've been to the Jordan McDonald's many times and interacted with a variety of their employees and that has been a good and consistent experience. A pulse is a prerequisite for a birth certificate....the bar for a customer service employee should be set a lot higher.
They got all the right food into the order! Low bar to set, but I'm very happy about that. It seems rare that I don't have to go back and ask for fast food places to look at what should be in the bag.
