Great customer service, food was good. They did get my moms plate wrong and took long to get her food but it was full so understandable.
First time ordering online (website) and first time buying food from IHOP.
Online ordering was fast and easy. The website was super easy to navigate. I asked for curbside pickup.
They didn’t take long to bring out my order but they did forget the Oreo milkshake. The waiter was very friendly, apologized about the missing milkshake and quickly went back inside to make the milkshake.
The food was pretty good and I was happy with my order.
The outside of the resturant looks very clean and they have plenty of parking space.
Because of their short on staff, we didn't get the full service they're known for. Overall, good. One particular staff member, who was obviously not part of the wait staff, but did go out of her way to help and make up for the bad service I got, made several trips to the back to get us syrups, napkins, etc. For THAT, I give 4 stars and not 3 or less. Thank you, ma'am! I wish I had her name. She deserved to be recognized
