Good food, salmon was perfect crispy, street corn was great, but others dishes were just okay. The famous raspberry cheesecake aka street corn was good and cool.
Our server was great but seemed he was juggling way too many tables and drinks suffered, not timed right. Food came out and took solid 10 mins before he was able to check if it came out right. Automatically adding 18% gratuity to my bill for two people tells me that they recognize service isn’t great and want to make sure servers still get paid
Very tasty apps + entrees for brunch time. Cocktails were also great! Very dim ambiance, especially in the bathroom. Allow for ample dining time, table service is slow. I look forward to returning.
This was a beautiful and delicious dining experience for my family and myself. We had a great time while dining here at Chica. Our dishes, which were obviously made with the best ingredients and quality of meats, were excellent in flavor, texture, and presentation. I had the braised short rib, and my daughter had the rotisserie chicken along with the mac and cheese and honey baked carrots for us both. Others in our group had different dishes.
The birthday cake for my granddaughter was a conversation piece because it looked just like a cob of streetcorn and was delicious,
The prices at Chica may seem high, but one won't regret having paid for the great food, inviting atmosphere, and exceptional service this restaurant has to offer.
An excellent dining experience, from the wonderfully crafted cocktails to the flavorful dishes CHICA delivered excellence.
Steven was my server and made an effort to make me feel valued. I appreciate the hospitality and kindness.
The atmosphere is amazing and very intimate. I highly suggest the Roasted Carrots!
This is a great choice for an upscale, modern, and really casual brunch. The eggs Benedict were really special, and so was the avocado toast. You can tell that effort goes into the food sent to you. I started with a sidecar and it was absolutely supreme and well balanced. The service seemed really casual and almost carefree relevant to the price point and quality of food being served.
Let’s start by saying that Chica is different than the others.. I Visited for a business dinner on Tuesday and was blown away by their excellent food and service.
Ordered so much food and every plate or bowl was cleaned to spotless..
We ordered the Seafood Towers, Lobsters, Grilled Octopus and few more.. and all of them were superb.
Most fav dish for me was the mains - Fire Roasted Salmon… you gotta love the sauce, tangy, slightly spicy and full of flavor. Loved every bite of salmon!!
The Mexican lava cake is a must try, and to be recorded on a video for its experience..
Service was great, food was served fresh and hot and the servers are very friendly and accommodating!!
Overall a 5 star experience and will definitely return!
We went for dinner on Dec 13, and the entire experience was absolute perfection. Styx, Beau & Justin are amazing. They’re definitely some of the best in the industry. And the food! Oh my gosh! From the arepa appetizer to the huge portion of meat parradilla to the yucca tostones and street corn sides… delicious beyond words. But wait - there’s more! A FLAMING SKULL FOR DESSERT! So decadent and rich and heavenly. This was our 3rd visit, and it gets better every single time. Can’t wait to go again.
This dinner experience was part of a package plan with a prefixed menu. I dined with my husband and because we shared each dish, i had the chance to try twice as much the delicious foodk served. For first course we had Beet Salad and Tijuana Caesar. For second course we had Quesa-Birria Empanadas and Ceviche de Coco. Third course Oaxacan Rotisserie Chicken and Venezuelan Short Rib. The conclusion fourth course, Tres Leches with Passion Fruit Sorbet. Everything is highly recommended, but if I'll go there again, I'll get the Oaxacan Chicken and Tres Leches.
It’s giving club vibes. As you walk in it is dark with loud music. Dim lights are placed on each table. There were several large parties seated around us. It seems like a wonderful restaurant to go to when you want to kick off the night with a nice meal and cocktail. It was a little hard talking to each other though because the music was so loud. We ordered the Crispy Peruvian Octopus, Peruvian Style Rotisserie Chicken, and Oysters. They were all pretty good.
This was a lovely spot to grab a bite before the U2 Concert.
I ordered the Spicy Mamacita cocktail and hummus appetizer platter.
So delicious!
The bar tender made coconut sangrias too. So yummy
Definitely would go back.
