Went with with the tasting menu and it was pretty good. The presentation is great, and the food tastes good as well, but no dish in particular blew me away. Considering the price of most Vegas restaurants this was pretty fairly priced. They have a nice selection of wine as well!
Everything about Sage was superb. The service, the ambiance, the food. We ordered the beet salad, the fois gras pate, veal cheeks and the Kobe filet. We shared everything, and the kitchen was so gracious as to split everything for us, so please note that all photos show half of the true portion size (except for the fois gras). Everything was amazing, but the Kobe filet was truly like no other. I would come back just for that. My husband's drink was served in such a unique way: it came in a flask hidden in a book. No one told us. We had to figure it out on our own (of course the staff was waiting to see if he'd figure it out first). Super cool! Highly recommend and definitely returning.
One of my fave restaurants in Aria. The ambiance, decor, food, cocktails and service is the best!

The food is amazing. The way the flavours all come together, you know that every ingredient serves a purpose. And it’s so beautifully plated, it’s a work of art.

They used to serve a amuse at the beginning (changes) that’s awesome, and ends with a shot of got chocolate that was to die for.

Have been here twice and will go again. Both times we were seated immediately, without a reservation, even though the place was bustling with a cheerful crowd. Service has been outstanding. Food and wine all we hoped exquisite. The fois gras candy bar for dessert is a sublime surprise—silky, sweet, salty, crunchy, shareable.
This place was amazing. We went here because of the vegan tasting menu and the absinthe service. I have to say it was well worth it. Very nice atmosphere and extremely delicious food. Will definitely come back.
Great service, atmosphere and exceptional food. Went here on honeymoon and had a phenomenal dining experience. Highly recommend the sweetbreads.
Prime restaurant inside Aria for high end dinner. Nice environment, fantastic waiter! Almost all salads and appetizers are worth trying. Best entry is scallops and ox tail - very interesting combination. Perfect cooked. Deserts are super fancy. Over all good experience.
An excellent meal. The soup was silky smooth. The duck was perfectly cooked. I requested medium and it came out exactly that way. It was the best roast duck I’ve had. I recommend a table. The bartender was overwhelmed.
After hanging around on the Strip we decided to finally check out Sage after hearing so much about it. We came and ordered some cocktails and really enjoyed ourselves.
This is a pretty swank spot in a great area.
Extraordinary place the place is awesome, expetional service, wonderful wine list and the food is perfectly well done, I believe it's worth each dollar. It's a must in Vegas
